In what has become known as a potential watershed moment for diversity and inclusion in the marketing industry, two years ago HP challenged themselves and their agencies to significantly increase the number of women and US minorities in top creative and strategic planning roles on our account.  Today, more brands and organizations like the USAA and Verizon, among others, are following HP's lead, forcing agencies to pay attention - and change.  In this session, panelists will look at the D&I mandate standard HP created and see how this revolutionary approach is continuing to help an industry take serious account and action about its severe diversity problem.
