Carla is a Senior Associate at BODEN. In her role, Carla is responsible for developing and leading multicultural strategies for McDonald’s that drive conversation and build brand advocacy among U.S. Hispanic media and consumers.

At Boden, Carla has also managed and executed community, business and media relations efforts for healthcare brands, including UnitedHealthcare and Delta Dental, as well as initiatives for retail and food clients, including Chobani and Oster in the Latin American market.

Prior to this position, Carla worked at BBC Worldwide LATAM, where she was responsible for the execution of media relations efforts and activations across Latin America.


A native of Venezuela, Carla spent her teen years in Spain and moved to the U.S to pursue her communications degree at the University of Miami. Carla is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University.
